HVAC
Cooling for the building will be provided by centrifugal water chillers. A central HVAC plant will distribute conditioned air to a floor duct loop and provide conditioned air to the direct digital controlled variable volume terminal boxes and ceiling air diffusers. The system will be completed by an economizer to allow outside air cooling whenever possible.
Electrical Service
Building service is 4,000 amps provided by the Sacramento Municipal Utility District. Power to each floor will be served from electrical closets on each floor. Each closet will have one lighting panel, as well as 120/208 volt branch circuit convenience load panels.
Security System
Building and parking garage will be accessible by after hours security access cards. Security personnel will be posted 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
