Providing day-to-day project management for the developer is Mr. Ron Rutherford, a licensed contractor and engineer who brings decades of large-project construction management experience to the project.

The General Contractor is Rudolph and Sletten, a highly reputable West Coast firm active on large-scale institutional projects since it's founding in 1959. Key project officers focused on Five Hundred Capitol Mall are Dan Pawloski, Ann Poppen, and Nick Vovakes.
