Greg Levi has been with CB Richard Ellis for over 19 years and has achieved the title of Senior Vice President. Throughout his tenure he has specialized in office leasing and sales in the greater Sacramento Area. Last year he completed two of the largest single office building sales transactions in Sacramento history, with a combined value estimated at nearly $190 million. He has also been responsible for the initial leasing of numerous new downtown high-rises. His experience includes transactions in tenant representation, landlord representation and major build-to-suits.
