Greg Levi, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Sacramento, currently oversees the marketing of approximately 2 million s.f. of class A office space and represents several significant tenants throughout the region. Mr. Levi is a 23-year veteran of commercial real estate and was previously Senior Vice President at CB Richard Ellis. Over the course of his career he has leased and sold an excess of 10 million s.f. of office space and has leased-up four of the last five new office buildings completed in the downtown area including: Capitol Place, Esquire Plaza, 1414 K Street and Meridian Plaza.
