After six months of demolition, site preparation, and basement construction, structural steel crews will be arriving at 500 Capitol Mall. Crews from Gayle Manufacturing in Woodland, CA will be on site on November 5th.
By Tuesday, "it will be gangbusters," says Dave Glazier, superintendent of contracting firm Rudolph and Sletten told Sacramento Bee columnist Bob Shallet.
