Venerable contractor Rudolph and Sletten selected for 500 Capitol Mall

Tsakopoulos Investments has selected Rudolph and Sletten, Inc. as general contractor for its 25-story office tower project at 500 Capitol Mall.

After a lengthy and through design build process which teamed together architect Ed Kado, Rudolph and Sletten and key subcontractors, it was determined that Rudolph and Sletten had the management systems and technical capabilities to build a superior office product on-time and on-budget.

Rudolph and Sletten was founded in 1959 and builds institutional, hospital, and office projects throughout California. Project of note include Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford, The Ziggurat, as well as various Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. properties. The firm is a wholly owned subsidiary of Perini Corporation
