The quality of your tenant experience at Five Hundred Capitol Mall is of paramount importance and assured through the hard work of an expert staff that has more than fifty years of combined real estate and executive experience. Actively involved with this project are Dennis Smith, (Point West Property Executive) and Susan Shanley (Esquire Plaza Property Executive).

Dennis M. Smith has been with Tsakopoulos Investments for over three years and brings more than twenty-five years of facility and project management experience to Five Hundred Capitol Mall.

Mr. Smith currently manages the twin-building Point West Corporate Plaza for Tsakopoulos Investments. Previously, he was General Manager for office and retail properties for TrizecHahn where he successfully assumed management responsibilities in Sacramento and the East Bay, including the management of the 1.2 Million square foot Downtown Plaza retail and office complex. He began his career as Assistant Property Manager for 555 Capitol Mall in downtown Sacramento.

Additionally, Mr. Smith holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM), and is a licensed California Department of Real Estate Broker. Furthermore, he serves in various industry and community organizations, including BOMA and the Rotary Club of Sacramento.

Susan Shanley has been with Tsakopoulos Investments for three years and brings more than twenty-five years of experience to the projects she manages.

Ms. Shanley's current management assignment is with the Esquire Plaza, a 22 story high office building that includes the Esquire Grill and the IMAX Theater along with numerous high-profile office tenants.

Ms. Shanley's areas of responsibility include lease administration, facilities management, tenant relations, tenant improvement coordination liaison, and service contract negotiation and administration. Additionally, she has financial responsibility for all operating expenses and budget preparation. She supervises in-house property management staff and directs contract service personnel.

Prior to joining Tsakopoulos Investments, Ms. Shanley was affiliated with a prominent local development company as well as a national real estate organization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Fullerton and holds a current California Department of Real Estate Sales License.
