The Builder

The General Contractor was Rudolph and Sletten, a highly reputable West Coast firm active on large-scale institutional projects since it’s founding in 1959.  Key project officers focused on BMO Tower were Dan Pawloski, Ann Poppen, and Nick Vovakes.
